Now isn't this lovely! It's a snapshot my step-dad Dave took of the Almond Apricot Bundt Cake I posted about on Sunday. Nice. Makes me wish I hadn't left the whole cake with them...

Deb,
I found your site via your comment on Chocolate and Zucchini. I think I'll be coming back -- chocolate, gardening, cooking, writing. What more could I want in a blog?! Nice job!

Thanks, Austen!

I'll be posting more chocolate work soon.

Hi, Deb
I also just discovered your blog! Looks wonderful; (very jealous, by the way, of your chocolate business...!) :) will definitely check later for new posts!
I’ve just started my own foodblog actually, TastingLife - really hope you'll check it sometimes!

Hey Bigmista!

Thank you very much.

No, not fresh apricots, but they should be given the lovely summer fruit available this year.

In fact, they are partially rehydrated, Harvest Bay brand apricots. Super yummy and moist, and perfect for baking.

Please stop by again!

Best,
Deb
