Yep, it looks remarkably like creamy peanut butter. But it's not all like peanut butter. It's most definitely cheese, in the way that cheese can be tart, yet caramel-y at the same time. It's like no other cheese I've tasted. I need to get out more. But, the fresh whole wheat baguette was a fine foil for the Norwegian fare. Thanks again, Robs!
