Our recpie for last night's date night comes from Savoring Southeast Asia, a Williams-Sonoma cookbook by Joyce Jue that I received as a gift about 4 years ago. We decided that we would use a very simple Thai fried rice with shrimp dish for dinner. We were glad we did because it didn't take all that long to make and it was tasty.
