Blogger mix-ups

I'm not sure what is happening with Blogger, but the series of posts below are not in the same order in which I entered them. Nor can I change the order from within Blogger. Grrrr. The top post should be this one.

I think if you change the time of the posts you might be able to get them to appear in the right order.
I've had the 553 permission denied error problem today with my site and I had to logout, clear the blogger cookie from the browser and re-login before my posts would show.
